We believe every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.
Financial support, medical assistance, and companionship programs for seniors living alone or in need.
School supplies, tuition assistance, and mentorship for orphaned children to break the cycle of poverty.
Accessibility equipment, vocational training, and community integration for people with disabilities.
This is what we found during our visit to Chikwawa District - shops, homes, and livelihoods submerged under floodwater. Cyclone Freddy left many families displaced and without access to basic supplies.
TPOF was there to assess immediate needs and connect with affected families. Our focus now is on getting clean water, food, and shelter to those hit hardest.
Recovery takes time, but no one should face it alone
Why it matters
1. Lower costs - Farmers use local materials instead of expensive chemical fertilizer
2. Healthier soil - Bio fertilizer restores soil fertility naturally
3. Skills stay local - The community can now train others
This is sustainability in action. We teach, they practice, the whole community benefits.
Empowering Communities. Transforming Lives.
Before: Students struggled to learn without proper desks.
After: over 182 learners now have sturdy desks to write, read, and focus.
Small repairs. Big impact. This is how we turn support into self-reliance.
Thank you for standing with TPOF as we work to make education accessible across Malawi.
For 2 years, TPOF has been supporting this little girl born with a folded small intestine. With consistent care and community support, she’s growing stronger every day 💛
There are more children like her who need medical care, food, and a safe place to heal.
If you’d like to help us continue this work, you can support TPOF’s child care program. Every contribution goes directly to giving children a chance at a healthier life.

Empowering Communities. Transforming Lives
TPOF distributed 660 chicks to community members in T/A Kaomba to support household livelihoods and nutrition.
The chicks are being brooded under heat lamps to keep the healthy and strong in the first week. Two weeks into the brooding phase, 645 chicks are growing strong, We had 15 losses, which is within the expected range for this stage when proper heat and care are provided.
Our team will continue working with the community on feeding, disease prevention, and housing to make sure these chicks reach maturity and deliver real benefit to the families involved
TPOF documenting damage and access issues for emergency response
We’re working alongside the community to build new classrooms at Chithiba Primary School. The blockwork is complete and we’re now in the plastering phase to make the walls strong and ready for students.
Chithiba Primary is one of the schools in Kasungu running the national school feeding programme, helping more children stay in class and learn well. By expanding classroom space, we’re making sure they have a safe, decent place to do i
